Tasting notes of winery's winemaker

Color: purple – ruby.

Nose: Expressive and intense. Floral notes of rose petal, nutmeg, red berry fruits and red plumb, pink peppers, ripe grape, orange peel, mineral, vegetal and fresh herbs.

Palate: medium body, intense but delicate. Excellent acidity, and dominate tart fruits (cherry and raspberry). Jamaican and pink peppers add nuance and complexity, and the soft tannins provide body without astringency. Wine finishes with sensations of coffee, cocoa and licorice, as well as salinity on the aftertaste.
