Tasting notes of winery's winemaker

Yelow with greenish tones, dense and bright. Mid to highly intense aroma in wich apple and green plum notes can be detected over a variety of herbs such as fennel and hay. It has a fresh but structured flavour and a long fruity aftertaste.
