Tasting notes of winery's winemaker

TASTING NOTES

Visual:

The wine has a clean and bold cherry red color, with subtle hues of violet.

Scent:

After allowing the wine?s aroma to open up and fully express its aromatic complexity, a balance of aromas from fruit, the production and aging process arise. Aromas of fruit (strawberry, cherry, plums, figs) and nuts (hazelnuts, walnuts) combine with aromas of roasted toffee, caramel and peppers and cloves.

Taste:

Wide entrance with a homogeneous path, which keeps the soul of this wine harmonious and smooth on the palate. Balanced structure of fine tannins and sweetness. In the retro-nasal cavity aromas of red fruit, dried apricots, chocolate truffle and caramel emerge. Tasty and good persistence.

Serving temperature:

17 o C

Pairing:

Red meats, game, roast lamb, Castilian stews
