Aromas of nectarine, stonefruit and cashews. The palate is delicate and elegant expressing the tight fresh acidity drawn from Tumbarumba’s cool climate conditions. The fruit characters are citrus and fig with the controlled oak helping to bring forward hazelnut notes. Beautifully structured with a lingering finish.
