44% Merlot, 43% Tempranillo and 13% Syrah. Harvest 2011.

TYPE OF WINE:

It is a red wine with Protected Denomination of Origin Granada (Spain) aged for 12 months in American and French oak barrels.

ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES:

Cherry red color with ruby border of medium layer. Clean and bright. In nose has a high intensity where the balsamic aromas (almonds, vanilla, mint chocolate) and spices (black pepper, clove, cinnamon) stand out on subtle notes of black fruit in jam. In the mouth it is a pleasant structure, balanced acidity and delicate and enveloping tannins. Round and elegant finish.

PAIRING:

Iberian sausages, semi-hard cheeses, baked fish, game stews, ...

SERVICE TEMPERATURE:

It is recommended to decant it 20 minutes before consumption and serve at 16-18ºC.

14,5 % Vol.
