100% Pinot Noir, created with the saignée method, Brut Rosé gives the nose fruity invitation. On the palate, various aromas unfold - mainly red fruit, raspberries and strawberries - with a silk-like perlage, result of the long time on the yeast; as indicated on the back label.

At Champagne De Watère, two consecutive years are combined in the ratio 50% and 50% to give some character of a vintage while keeping our unmistakeable taste.
