Colour: Dark cherry red with violet hints typical of its youth on the rim, keeping the original fruity aromas. Medium robe, clear and bright in the glass. Bouquet: Aromas reminiscent of wild berries, toasted and tobacco notes and hints of chocolate and vanilla that are a joy to the nose.

Flavours: It is subtle and lingering on the palate, full of nuances.

Food pairing: It goes down well with selected cold meat and good Spanish ham, as well as with red meat and game. It also combines well with chocolate desserts.
