Colour: Deep cherry red colour with violet iridescence showing its youth. Medium-high robe. Bouquet: Elegant aroma, with mineral notes and nose of red fruits. It also shows a tremendous structure with elegant tannins. Flavour: Medium body with an elegant structure. Great fruity intensity with a persistent and long-lasting aftertaste.

Food pairing: Perfect match to all kinds of meats and well-seasoned stews.
