Appearance: High chromatic intensity, with purple and cherry hues.

Nose: Appearing in the same plane primary blackberry licorice and violet tones with the tension of an oak that allows to praise virtues such as sweet spices, pepper and toffee.

Palate: Is an implosion of flavors attached to a structure of gentle tannins, long distance, volume and large mouth.

Pairing: To be paired with meats, roast suckling pig and preserves. It goes well with Manchego cheeses.
