VIEW: Straw yellow lemon color.

NOSE: It stands out for its complexity, where citrus notes are mixed with memories of bakery, on a light background of clean woods.

MOUTH: Very unctuous entry into the mouth, with notes of ripe fruit, harmonized with very fresh grapefuit memories that bring a bit of bitterness. In the after-taste the light toasted aromas give a long and pleasant memory.

SERVICE TEMPERATURE: Between 10?C and 12?C

PAIRING: Blue fish, white meats, rice stews and cured cheeses.
