Pale straw yellow in colour. Abundant tiny bubbles forming very fine, regular and persistent strings. Very clean, powerful and classic on the nose. Fine aromas of long ageing on lees with a fruity background, delicate pastry notes, slightly toasty and a hint of smokiness. Flavoursome and smooth on the palate, very balanced and intense flavours. Elegant and light but with body, which embraces a very balanced acidity. Broad and complex finish.
