We craft Château Le Coin from selected parcels of old vine Sauvignon Gris, grown on the same terroir as our red vines. We would normally blend our Sauvignon Gris with other (better known) white grapes from the region, but Jean-Marc Sauboua, friend and Chief Winemaker at Le Chai au Quai, was adamant we should make a single varietal cuvee, and the result is delicious. This zingy wine displays vibrant gooseberry aromas which lead to grassy citrus and passion fruit flavours, making our wine an excellent food match. ? The Winemaking Team, Château Le Coin
