Crafted from Mauritian molasses, meticulously distilled and aged for a minimum
of 3 years in seasoned Sherry oak casks. Bougainville VS expresses notes of
raw sugar, soft wood, caramel and tobacco. A complex bouquet of surprising
aromas and flavours.
Cool Fermentation of molasses 18 C - 24 C
Duration : 10 - 14 Days
Single Distillate: +/- 79 - 83 ABV before being
watered down to 70 ABV to fill the barrells.
Aged for a minimum of 3 years exclusively in 600 litres
Olorosso Sherry and Pedro Ximenez barrels.
