Produced from an indigenous plum variety, the premium selection is made from selected plums of an extraordinary plentiful year. Select yeasts, top quality fresh plums, controlled fermentation at lower temperatures, and carefully guided distillation result in an aromatic distillate. The distillate obtains its final body by complex aging, initially in new barrels, and then in traditional Slavonian oak brandy barrels for total of 24 months. The complex fruity aromas of plum blend brilliantly with the delicate notes of vanilla.
