Tasting notes
The best of these wines are concentrated, with immense power behind their fresh, perfectly rounded black fruit and pepper flavors. Is ripe and chocolaty, with sweet black fruit notes and intense tannic power. Full-bodied mouth-feel, firm and already nicely integrated despite the powerful tannins.
Food Pairing
Serve between 16 °- 18 °C. Open the bottle 30 minutes before serving to allow its full character to develop. Perfect with barbecue, Game, venison, duck âmagretsâ and hard cheeses.
