TASTING NOTES
Wine with attractive cherry red colour, with ruby and tile tones. Clean and deep, glyceride.
Aromas with good intensity and depth. Elegant and intense aroma of ripe spiced red fruit, coffee and dairy on a balsamic background, with hints of pine-nuts and toast with black and red fruit preserves.
On the palate it is structured but rounded and fine, with gentle, balanced tannins. The attack is flavourful. The noble woods providing vanilla, cumin, hints of Indian ink, terroir stand out, and over all the preserved fruits.
