TASTING NOTES
Raspberry-grenadine colour, with light ochre iridescence on the edge of the glass, clean and deep.
Abundant in ripe black fruits with a fine conjunction of noble wood providing sweetness and fragrance hinting at pastry. Black liquorice with red fruit gums and the low forest.
The attack is warm, pleasant, clean and fine, but with a persistent structure and very pleasant, gentle tannins. It takes up the preserved red fruits with subtle cinnamons, vanillas, and star anise.
