The view is yellow with greenish hues. Very fine bubbles. This cava has a pleasant fresh attack with notes of ripe fruit. Also the dried fruits are detected with very pleasant and gentle tactile sensations.
Persistence on the palate is long and enjoyable. 24 months minimum ageing.
