Visual: Yellow-straw colour with agreen hue. Clean and brilliant.
On the nose: Great intensity on the nose, particularly aromas of cut hay
and fennel. There are also aromas from the balsamic series such as mint
leaves and aniseed. We also discover citrus and fruit scents such as lime,
green apple, banana and pineapple.
On the palate: The palate is intense, unctuous, with a good acidity. It is
a balanced, fresh and tasty wine. It shows great harmony between the fruit notes (citrus and stone fruits) a fresh acidity and a characteristic final
touch of bitterness. Long finish.
