70% Gros Manseng and 30% Petit Manseng Ripe grapes, carefully selected from thinned vines. Hand-picked in mid-October. Fermented and aged in steel, âsur lieâ, for 1 year.

To lay down for 5 to 10 years.
Serve between 10 and 12C.
