TASTING NOTES
Even cherry red colour, almost opaque. Still maintaining violet edges, deep and intense.
Aromas of a high, complex intensity, cherries in liqueur, redcurrants, sloe, violets, strong, integral smoky tones and spices lent by the wood.
On the palate it is rounded and oily, but vivacious. It reproduces the preserved black fruits with subtle, sweet aromas of vanilla and cinnamon. Hints of mineral, light tobacco and pipe tobacco. Excellent evolution with length and personality.
