WINE MAKING PROCESS:
After a cold racking for 24 hours, fermentation of the clean must takes place in stainless Steel tanks under temperature control in order to enhance the aroma and ensure that all the cualities of the TEMPRANILLO BLANCO grapes are captured and expressed in the wine.
COLOUR: Straw yellow with greenish glints.
AROMA: Complex aroma of tropical fruits and white flowers with hints of peach.
MOUTH: Sticky-sweet followed by a hint of citrus.
AFTERTASTE: An all-enveloping balance finish.
Well with Mediterranean cuisine, seafood and oily fish.
