WHITE WINE FERMENTED AND AGED IN AMPHORAS COATED WITH NATURAL PINE TREE RESIN.
The inside of our amphoras is coated with natural pine tree resin according to the ancient process used by the
Romans 2000 years ago. This avoids the use of any artificial epoxy paints hence yielding a truly natural product.
For this wine, Fernão Pires grapes were lovingly harvested by hand. The wine was fermented and aged in the
amphoras in contact with the skins and lees and has not been filtered nor stabilized.
