It presents a pale, delicate pink. Small persistent bubbles in fine strings, excellent vertical release and crown. Clean, intense aroma of aging on lees with a fruity background, reminiscent of fruits of the forest, with a highly complex aroma. Sweet and full-bodied giving a balanced combination that is harmonious, complex and elegant. Very attractive with an extensive finish.
