Fermentation controlled with destemmed grape.

Maceration following fermetation txo weeks.

Elaborated with grapes from old vines.

15 months in french barrels.

2 months in bottle.

Chery red color, médium-high layer and brick red nuances.

Clean and shiny.

Good intensity and complexity in the nose. Scents of fruit compote with balsamic, Wood, vanilla and toasted touches.

It is round and well balanced, and has a very good depth and slky tannin. The same aromas found on the nose are present in the retro-olfactory experience. Long mouth and a tasteful and pleasant finish.
