* Pale yellow color, with greenish reflections. Clean and bright. Good tear

* Nose with stone fruit (ripe peach, medlar, apricot), with tropical, steely and mineral notes.

* The palate has a dense and velvety step. It is unctuous and fresh at the same time. Greasy feeling. The final acidity rounds the whole in a lively and balanced drink.

* Wine bound; elegant and seductive. Soft and vibrant on the palate, very easy to drink and with great expression both on the nose and in the mouth. Long end. Fantastic potential in the bottle.

It came with a clear gastronomic vocation. Its fine aromas, together with the density in the mouth and its 15 g / l of residual sugar, make it ideal for many dishes; especially for Japanese food, salads, smoked meats, canapés or delicate fish (stewed or grilled).
