This varietal is early harvested, at night so as the grapes enter the cellar at the lower night-time temperature. It is fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks and bottled young.

Alcoholic Degree: 12,5º

This is a clean white wine with a bright golden colour with even brither rims. Very aromatic, dry but fresh and fruity.

It is a well balance wine, offering excellent acidity.
