Reynella clone crushed / destemmed and then a static tank fermenter. Cultured yeast added at crusher with 7 days skin contact (small portion longer). Aged meticulously in French Oak for 18-24 months. Cellar potential of another 15+ years. Colour is deep brick red. The fruit characters on the nose are dark and rich with vibrant earthiness and complexity. A full flavoured Cabernet Sauvignon showing dark berry fruit and dried mint with attractive tannin structure and length.
