VINIFICATION: Soft pressing, fermentation in stainless steel vats, fining in cement vats at controlled temperature, second fermentation with Charmat Method.

COLOUR: Pale straw yellow with greenish hues.

AROMA: Flowery, deep rennet and exotic fruit aromas.

FLAVOUR: Fresh, soft and velvety.

PAIRINGS: This sparkling wine is suitable to accompany the entire meal, it is also perfect with appetizers as fried porcini mushrooms, sweet water shrimps, vegetables, and fried sardines.
