Straw yellow color with green hints, clean and bright. Expressive and noble aroma of white fruits, such as pear together with tropical fruits (passion fruit) and vegetable nuances such as hay and fennel. The palate is round and broad, with body, structure and a bitter aftertaste characteristic of the Verdejo grape that gives it personality
