We do recommend to taste this wine cold, between 5-7 ºC (41-44,5 F), keeping it cool in ice bucket. Perfect with fish and seafish, as well as with meat, cheese and desserts. In the Basque Country it is usually tasted alone, as aperitive, with salad snacks.
