EMERGENTE WHITE CHARDONNAY

Grape varieties: 100% Chardonnay

Colour: Straw-yellow with green hues; transparent and bright.

Aroma: Very expressive to the nose with ample fruit: pineapples, peach skin, and white and tropical fruit.

Mouth: Very smooth on entry and extremely pleasant in the mouth. Its considerable acidity provides freshness. Textured and enveloping, with lingering fruit returning on the finish.

Enjoy it with white fish (hake, cod, monkfish) and seafood or pair it with char-grilled white meat or suckling pig.

Excellent as an aperitif to appreciate its full expression.

Classified as second best white chardonnay of DO Navarra in 2017.
