TASTING NOTES: Intense red cherry and bright violet tones.

The aroma is varietal, primary, wild red fruits, reminiscent of

blackberry jam, strawberries, raspberries, with hints of youth,

balsamic, minty notes. In the mouth, it is harmonious, fleshy,

sweet without being fawning, with complex flavor which

highlights the fine balance between its components. Extensive

in the palate and persistent in the end. Sweet predominance of

red fruits such as plums and cherries compote.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Salted desserts like cheese board,

dried fruits and pates, or sweets like chocolats and cakes.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: Very cold!
