château Latour Laguens, property of King Henry IV, was built during the sixteenth century. Since that time until the present day, it continuously produced wine.

Although mostly planted with Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon is always part of the final blend. The first production of Carmenere was in 2014.

The oldest vines are 40 years old; a third of the vineyard was pulled out and replanted since 2008 in order to improve the quality.

Eye : Limpid and clear, a tint of cherry red

Nose: Striking scent of fresh grapes and blackcurrant

Mouth: The attack is round with a long & lively final
