TASTING NOTES

Visual:

A clean and bold cherry red color, with subtle hues of violet, demonstrates that this wine still maintains some juvenile characteristics.

Scent:

It has good aromatic intensity. Although initially the aging process presents complex tertiary aromas, once the wine opens up new flavors arise. Strong aromas of berries, ripe red fruits, and subtle hints of spice appear in the wine, giving way to the production of a wood-variety via the slow bottling reduction process.

Taste:

The wine exhibits a strong body while also presenting a soft and fresh sensation to the palate. Intense flavors continue to highlight the variety of mixed berries with certain notes of banana and a roasted aroma, both yielded from the barrel. In general, the wine shows good structure and balance, and fine and elegant tannins that give it a nice volume.

It should be noted that this wine has not been subjected to physical or chemical tartaric treatments, thus allowing for a natural presence of potassium bitartrate and bottle coloring, all of which do not affect the quality of wine.
