This wine presents an attractive pale hue and a bright, clean rim tinged with green. A powerful, primal, fruity effect on the nose, with predominating notes of white fruit, apple and fresh hint of herbs. Dry in the mouth, with a good degree of acidity and an elegant aromatic finish.

Serve preferably between 8-10ºC.

Ideal as an aperitif with fish or seafood, and also with light dishes and soft, white cheese.
