An attractive red in colour, sparkling with a deep purple tinge on the edge, this wine presents a clean, bright appearance. On the nose it reveals aromas of medium intensity, with hints of red forest fruit and redcurrants. In the mouth it is robust and potent, leading to feeling of balance and excellent acidity, moving on to an agreeable finish that is clean and full of elegance.

Serve preferably between 9-12ºC.

"Malón de Echaide" Rosé enhances dishes such as rice, barbecues, foie gras, creams, pasta, lean meat. Cheeses, freshwater fish, vegetables and hors d´oeuvres.
