Deep ruby in colour the Douelle 2011 has aromas of ripe cassis, black cherries and mulberries. The palate is well rounded and balanced, filled with ripe black berries, mulberries and spices. The palate is full with warm spices, cassis and plums with a full length and finish of cherries and cocoa. The tannins are well rounded and compliment the acid structure of the wine. Perfect to drink now, but this wine will age a further 3-4 years.
