AROMA: Elegant and potent in the nose, with vanilla pod and spice aromas, amongst which cinnamon can be clearly distinguished.

? FLAVOUR: Very flavoursome, aromatic and potent with tannins that will develop further if given more time. Good acidity and long finish where the sensations in the nose go on repeating.
