The wine.

Cantiga was made from destalked Tempranillo grapes. Fermentation went through at 27º C with frequent remontages.

It has been matured during 18 months in French (40%) and American (60%) oak barrels.

Before its bottling, the wine was decanted several times and filtered very gently to retain all its colour and aromas.

Tasting notes:

Colour. Inky red colour with ruby glittering. Shiny.

Nose. Smooth. Toasted and spicy complex nose.

Palate. Soft tannins structure. Ripe red fruits (redcurrant, blackberry). Lengthy and persistent
