Vine-strain: 100% Barbera.

Vinification: long traditional fermentation for

about 18 days.

Aging period: 24 month in French oak

barrique.

Colour: deep ruby-red, with garnet highlights.

Perfume: complex and elegant, with fruits scent

on background of sweet spices.

Flavour: full-bodied, with rich and silky texture,

with a long and persistent finish.

Alcoholic strength: ±14Vol.

Gastronomic coupling: recommended with dish of red meats, with

first dish. It can be served at about 18°C.
