TASTING NOTES
APPEARANCE
As for its appearance it presents a beautiful straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. Clean and bright.
SMELL
Medium to high intensity. Dominated by
aromatic herbs, mint, citrus, tropical (lychees) water pear and apple.
PALATE
On the mouth the wine presents a good acidity. Round, rich and very fruity.
Vinification: NAI E SEÃORA is produced with 100% Albariño grapes carefully harvested in cases of 20 kg after the hot, dry summers of the region, when the grapes reach the perfect point of ripeness. Temperature of fermentation 16º C for 21 days in stainless steel tanks.
