TASTING NOTES

Charmian Negre Crianza is deep cherry red with burgundy flecks, bright and clean. On the nose, ripe fruits appear very quickly, strawberries, blackcurrants and blackberries followed by smoky oak notes, vanilla and cinnamon and eucalyptus nuances given to its oak aging. It is a fleshy wine, with perfectly round marked tannins and a pleasant acidity that makes its long finish very agreeable and refreshing.

FOOD & WINE PAIRING

Charmian Negre harmonizes perfectly with traditional as well as exotic and spicy cuisine. Pairs very well as well with salmon and tuna-fish pots.
