Soil : Clay-lime stone and sand

Grape varieties : Cabernet franc

Vines : 35 years average age

Vineyard management : the vineyard is led in organic farming

Soil : Ploughing and hoeing under the rows(depending on the year)

Pruning : simple guyot.

Debudding: heads and extra-buds

Vine: trellised on 5 threads with two or three trimmings/year

Harvest : By hand, the harvest is sorted directly on a table upon the truck and then on a special sorting table

Vinification : The grapes are destemmed, vatting and maceration at low temperature for 18 to 20 days

Malolactic fermentation in vats

Maturing: in vats for 4 to 5 months. Filtration before bottling

Keeping: 2 to 5 ans
