Este vino proviene de la variedad Viura. Fue elaborado con un estricto control de temperatura y maceración evitando las oxidaciones y pérdidas de aromas.

The fruit is pick up with care, arriving the grape intact into the winery. Furthermore, the Viura grape is destemed and crushed, and after a short and peculiar maceration process, to extract the aroma, the first grape is drained by gravity. Finally, it is ferment in stainless steel tanks at 16º-18ºC with a strict control of temperature, racked and stabilized in the way that conserves all the aromas and freshness until the moment of bottled.
