85% Monastrell and 15% Syrah. The nose has the fleshiness sweetness of ripe black plum and the start of the palate is the same rich fruited lots of liquorice and sweetness of flavour. There are fresher flavours in the middle lots of bramble and bilberry with spice and white pepper but the finish has all the richness of ripe fruit.
