100% Sauvignon Blanc. The citrus mix on the nose is overlaid with a bouquet of spring flowers and the palate starts with fresh fruits with an underlying herbal streak. It fills out in the middle white peach hints of tropical fruits the peachy richness balanced by flinty citrus at the back. The mix of flavours lasts well on the finish.
