**LIMITED PRODUCTION: 6 months over the lees: aged on Lees with "battonage" (Lees contact with weekly stirring)

Appearance: Straw yellow colour with greenish tones, clean and bright iridescence.

Nose: High intensity, aromatic herbs (Bay leaf, mint), balsamic and white flowers, fruit, pineapple, apple.

Palate: Fresh, good acidity, creamy, hints of herbs, pineapple and mineral finish.
