Cava Gran Reserva Brut Nature organic certified - Produced only in exceptional vintage years.
Blend of Pansa Blanca (Xarelâ¢lo), Chardonnay and Pinot noir. Fermented and aged in french oak barrels. Aged for a mÃnimum of 36 months on the lies, this cava is released to the market just after being disgorged.
Wine tasting note:
Sight: Intense yellow with golden reflections.
Nose: Intense aromas of flower and ripe fruit, recuperating the toasted characteristics of the fermentation and the ageing in barrel.
Palate: Flavors marked by minerality and creaminess, recalling the aromas of ripe fruit and toast. Cava with well marked acidity and very good aromatic complexity. Integrated effervescence and a long and persistent aftertaste.
