Este vino proviene de las variedades Tempranillo (90%) y Mazuelo (10%). Está elaborado siguiendo el método tradicional, utilizando uva despalillada, con temperatura controlada. Permanece en barricas de roble americano de 225 l. de capacidad durante 5 meses (proceso de “semicrianza”), dotándole así de aromas más complejos sin perder su carácter fresco y afrutado.

Wine made from Tempranillo (95%) and Graciano (5%) grape varieties. It was elaborated following the traditional method at a controlled temperature, using grapes wit the stems and stalks stripped away. The wine is aged in American oak barrels of 225-litres in capacity for 5 months (the “semi-maturing” process), endowing the wine the most complex aromas without losing its fresh and fruity character.
